When You’re Put Down, Rise Up and Beyond!
Sometimes, not everyone in life supports you. Sometimes the one(s) you think ‘should’ understand you the most may be the very one(s) who seemingly wage battle against you. It’s not always easy to feel good about yourself when the one(s) you care for the most and hold dearest to your heart, put you down. Yet, it’s up to you whether you allow your spirit to be crushed – wallowing in sadness, self-pity and low esteem; or whether you gloriously rise up – meeting your true God-graced self in joyous acceptance and living your life authentic to your vision, calling and expression!
• Choosing to Stay Down:
Consider for a moment that you have no genuine idea of the true reason(s) which contributed to another suppressing you / mocking you / patronizing you. It could have very little to do with you.
Perhaps you being true to yourself triggered a state of unease / discomfort in the other person based on something completely unrelated to you. Or perhaps it brought up feelings of fear or insecurity in the other.
Whatever the reason, know that it’s always your choice whether you choose to stay where another ‘puts you’; or whether you choose to rise up in making a decision on your own path of forward and upward momentum. How about choosing to believe in yourself and supporting yourself in living your best, highest and happiest life?
• Choosing to Rise Up and Beyond!
Think about it for a moment – do you truly believe that the person who put you down was in their best, most aligned state when they minimized you? Or could they perhaps have been dealing with their own feelings – stress, insecurity, guilt, fear…?
Would a person in true peace, alignment and contentment with themselves derogate another? Especially if the person was a loved-one simply living their life in respect and consideration for all? … Most probably not.
Is it not a freeing thought to believe that each person is doing the best that (s)he is able to with the resources they have available, at any specific time, and in any particular situation?
So, how about simply letting go of the criticisms?
Rise up and BE! You have a God-Ordained purpose. The sooner you realize that remaining in a conflicted space due to the actions of another toward you is not worth it, the quicker you can get on with living and expressing your true Divine purpose.
Your Divine purpose beckons you in every moment to rising over, above and beyond any defeat; toward victory, peace, happiness, expression and love.
