Trust Yourself

How often do you find yourself looking to others for opinions, feedback, reassurance, or even approval on your life? Does it sometimes even occur indirectly when you don’t necessarily ask directly – such as by looking for and noting body-language, eye-contact and other reactionary clues as indicators of how you may have been received / perceived? This is perfectly okay and is a normal part of human relationship interactions. However, do you perhaps place more value and trust in what another thinks of you, than you do in yourself? Your Most Valuable Feedback Mechanism is you.

The Value of Your Source-Inspired Thoughts:

Your first and foremost source of feedback regarding anything in your life is you, yourself.

As an extension of infinite Source energy, you hold within your being an endless vastness of knowledge, insight, solutions, answers and inspiration. The magnificence of the resources in your personal domain is phenomenal.

Quieting your mind and relaxing your body while traveling within in openness and receptivity allows you, through your Higher Self, to access thoughts aligned to Infinite Divine Intelligence.

Together with your feelings / intuition, the observations and understandings you receive through your quieted mind is one of your most credible sources of resolution, breakthrough, momentum and advancement.

The Value of Your Feelings:

Regardless of what anyone may have told you, regardless of what you may have heard, regardless of how you may have been judged, regardless of how you may judge yourself – know that your feelings are a gift.

There is no clearer or more precise indicator of your wellbeing than the feedback you receive from your feelings.

Whenever you feel something, particularly strongly so, your Higher Self is communicating with you on a most intimate level. Give attention to your feelings like you would to an intriguing lover.

Whether you’re being true to yourself or not comes through by the way you feel. Whether you’re loving yourself / valuing yourself / honoring yourself as you rightly should be or not, is indicated by your feelings.

When you’re in alignment with your true self, you experience feelings of happiness, peace and calm. Such a feeling-state is natural and is divinely intended. Feelings of unease, discomfort, sadness, etc. are simply indicators that you may not be honoring your true self.

In awareness of your feelings, you have the option to consciously examine the cause(s) of the way you feel. This allows you to actively make choices geared toward raising your vibration to your natural state of peace, calm and bliss.

In increasingly honoring your thoughts and feelings from a level of your true, Higher Self, your trust in yourself will evolve to a level of surpassing your need for placing the opinions of any other above yourself.

Trusting in yourself is simply placing trust and faith in a Divine Super-Consciousness, which you verily are an integral part of.
