What happens if I don’t find authentic connection with a man? I still win! I continue happily, blessedly walking my path with God as my Life-Partner, as I’ve always done…

(Do I think that God has authentic Divine connection with a man, in store for me? Yes, for sure!😉)

Let the basis be true connection, first and foremost, and then let marriage follow, if so be it. Then too, let it be rather a “celebration and declaration of the Sacred Union of togetherness, based upon freedom and mutual evolution”, rather than a “contract of stagnant obligations”.

A relationship-basis on a primary want/need for the ‘idea’ of “marriage”, as opposed to a genuine sacred spiritual foundation of heart-mind-body-soul-connection, just isn’t a turn-on for me 💕🌀💚

Flow With the Highs and the Lows

Ups and downs, highs and lows, ‘good’ and ‘bad’, ‘rights’ and ‘wrongs’ – all comprise some of the amazing richness of life. You may love for your experiences to be solely one-sided, skewed toward the wonderful and the joyous, yes. Yet, how then would you know what’s ‘wonderful’ and what’s ‘joyous’ unless you’ve also experienced its opposite? Trust and rest in the knowledge that there’s a place and a purpose in your life for the lows, just as much as for the highs.

Flowing With The Contrasts:

Contrast is a natural and a vital part of the human experience. It allows you to identify and to sort that which you like from that which you don’t. It also provides you an opportunity for experiencing and living your life in all of it’s vibrant diversity.

Flowing with, rather than resisting, the assorted realities of life, will ensure that you walk your path gracefully and purposefully.

Remember that ‘experiencing’ doesn’t entail or necessitate becoming ‘stuck’ or embroiled in a situation or experience. It simply means being aware of, acknowledging, doing what needs to be done if so required, and moving along… Flowing…

You’re going to be okay. Now. Tomorrow. Five days from now. Weeks, months, years from now. You verily are okay. Always. Forever. Regardless of what may be / will be going on in your life.

You always have been okay. In the past, when you thought you weren’t okay…. You came through, didn’t you? The beautiful you has been gently, lovingly and preciously held and Guided by a Divine force in every moment.

Your body, your mind, your emotions – they’re all fundamental and significantly glorious parts of you. It’s what makes you so wholly wonderfully, beautifully, magnificently human.

Yet, who / what do you think the ‘you’ actually is? For instance, when you say, “My body”, or “My mind”, or “I feel so-and-so”? Who is the ‘my’, who is the ‘I’?

When you feel less-than-perfect in your body, in your thoughts, in your feelings – what / which part of you / who is actually perceiving all of this information?

It’s the perfect you, the intangible you, the ‘you’ that is spirit in essence, the you that knows that All Is Well and always will be well, the you that’s communicating to you that by feeling illness, negativity or ‘less-than-perfection’, you’re merely out of alignment / balance with the natural health, joy, vibrancy and peace that you in essence are; the you that can never be destroyed regardless of external circumstances or bodily / mental / emotional imbalance or illness.

You’re in spirit an invincible you. A you that allows every cell in your body to function brilliantly superbly, without you having to do a thing. The you that’s always reaching to greater heights. The you who desires for better, brighter, happier simply because at your core you know that you deserve the highest and the best, and that all truly is available to you.

You’re in spirit all-peaceful, all-knowing, all-loved, all-loving, invincible – beyond hurt, pain, confusion, chaos, illness or physical death.

The you in spirit is verily an integral, unconquerable, eternal part of the Great Spirit of the Universe.

It Is What It Is… Or, Is It?

So yeah, things are what they are. That much is true. Not much can be done to change anything. … Is this also true? Naah… Things may indeed be as they are in the current moment, yet you always have a choice to influence the direction and outcome from its current point, forward – don’t you think?

It Is What It Is:

What it is now is merely a culmination of past thoughts, words, actions, behaviors… All which is currently behind you has led up to this moment in time in your life’s reality. Your situation and experience in this moment of time is precisely what it is – yet, it’s still but a moment in time; and but a moment in the entirety of your life.

Your future lies ahead of you, eagerly anticipating you and your joy. What you choose to do with your now moment, sets the scene for that which unfolds before you.

Choosing to Influence the Highest Direction and Outcome:

At any given time, and within any situation or experience of it being what it is, you hold a magnificent power of choice.

Are you going to plainly accept a less-than-great situation for what it appears to be?

Or shall you influence it for the highest good of yourself and for the highest good of all? “How?”, you ask? By simply choosing to courageously rise from, for instance, a state of despondency, despair and complacency to a happier state of faith, trust, gratitude, peace and contentment.

You see, by the simple action of choosing different thoughts and feelings about any situation, you play a mighty role in shaping the direction it unfolds in and the outcomes you get to play with.

There’s always magic hidden within anything that seems to be plainly ‘it is what it is’. Discover the magic! Have fun with the magic! Create your world to be a world of yes, it is what it is, yet there’s also so very much more – love, wonder, discovery, joy, growth, abundance, peace!

You Control Your Energy

“Energy cannot be created or destroyed”: remember this ‘First Law of Thermodynamics’ (Albert Einstein)? It’s truly amazingly comforting, is it not? It goes on to state, “Energy can only be transferred or changed from one form to another”. Bottom-line is that energy is always available. It comes down to what you choose to do with it. The power to empower yourself by your choices and decisions is in your hands!

• Energy Cannot Be Created or Destroyed:

Think about the sun, for example. It’s always shining gloriously bright. Even at midnight; and yes, even on the cloudiest, foggiest wintry day. It’s just that due to the earth’s rotating motion, we seemingly experience the sun as ‘setting’, ‘rising’, or as having disappeared. The sun is constantly and everlastingly beaming radiantly. So while it appears ‘dark’ at one location, it’s fantastically bright at another location.

Energy is energy. Universal Source energy is always there; abundantly, freely and equally available to all. There’s always more magnificence to what we as humans are able to perceive, experience or see with our eyes at any specific point in time. This is a gift indeed, as light is perpetual and eternal; while ‘darkness’ is merely the absence of light which still exists.

• Your Power to Transform:

If you happen to think of yourself, or any situation in your life, considering the fact that everything is just energy and energy is available bountifully… Isn’t it wonderful to know that within you is an immense natural force and potential to instantaneously transform any state of being from one to another?

You can transform boredom instantly, for example, into motivation and excitement. All you would have to do is change your thoughts. As soon as you think of something new and different to do, your energy of boredom and stagnation triggers to inspiration and action.

Or you can similarly catalyze a state of worry to a state of calm trust and contentment wherein you know that all is okay and in order, simply by choosing your thoughts differently. By the very simple action of altering your thoughts to serve the best in yourself and that which you desire, you literally and physically change the chemical composition of every cell of your being, thereby transforming your energy.

By transforming your energy, you re-direct your life-path.

In each moment, use your God-graced gift to wield your thoughts for your ultimate purpose and outcome.

Freedom and Joy is Yours

At your core, you’re free. The essence of who you are is a spirit of joy and freedom. So, freedom is already a part of you, just like joy is. There’s no need to strive for it, search for it, or work toward it. All you have to do is recognize its presence, allow it to be as significant a part of your life as you desire, and enjoy it.

• Freedom:

What are you truly? Are you your career, or your relationship-status? Perhaps a mum, a dad, a sibling, a manager, an employee, a sports(wo)man, a politician, a student, a leader, a man, a woman? Yes, you may be one or more of these; however, minus the labels you’re simply a human being.

In your pure human state, before the labels of what you do, how you’re defined, or what you’ve accumulated through your life, you’re simply a human being. A spirit with a body, doing your best to thrive in a human-conditioned experience.

And in your core immaculate human state, you’re a light free being of love and bliss. You may sometimes tend to think that just as you’ve had to acquire and accrue all in your life, that you also have to endeavor toward freedom or joy.

Yet the absolute glorious beauty is that freedom and joy are both already yours. It’s what was there at the very beginning; it’s what will always remain once all the layers of identity have been peeled away.

Your amazing power lies in being aware of, recognizing and embracing the constant eternal availability of this flexibility and liberty in your life. Bring it into your awareness, truly feel it, and live it in any situation and experience your desire. It’s simply your choice.

• Joy:

L your inherent internal eternal freedom in any situation or experience is integral to knowing that joy is yours.

Freedom of choice is yours. It is you who ultimately determines what you want to make of a situation. You choose how to respond and proceed from any given point.

Your feelings are actually within your control. They arise with your thoughts. Steer and guide your thoughts in a favorable direction in any situation, and you simultaneously successfully shift your emotions.

Your natural state is joy, so you don’t have to chase after it. It’s already with you, within you.

Let go of the worry, the doubt, the anxiety – you will find that all that remains is peace, calm, love and happiness. Flow with its beauty, dance with its energy, laugh with its frivolity – for as long as you fancy.

‘Now’ Is Your Best Time

How often do you find yourself putting-off something that you’d love to do / procrastinating, simply ‘cos a voice in your head whispers to you that all is not yet ideal and that you should wait? Clear priorities and responsible decision-making are a great way to go indeed; so too, there’s wisdom in solidly assessing any situation. Yet, all being situation and context-dependent of course, have you ever considered that ‘now’ may actually be your best time?!

There’s Perfection in Your Now

This moment is your most valuable time. The past is done, the future is variable, now is the time most in your power. Accept your now, maximizing it for your wellbeing and happiness – even if this means contentedly accepting things which are beyond your control. Remember, the sh*t is not going to last for forever. By finding your peace in the now, you set the scene for the unfoldment of your future moments…and so it goes.

There’s fragments of perfection in your now, regardless of what may be going on. Embrace feeling good in the moment, no matter how ‘small’ or large a blessing you may have been granted. Absorbing and appreciating the feeling of an invigorating shower, or the fresh scent of rains upon the earth, or the happy sound of crickets chirping, or the free-flow of energy after a good workout – all magnificent ways of sensing, embracing perfection in your present.

Do what you want to, get active in your now; what will come, will come – let the future be. Be not afraid of what could go wrong; imagine, think and focus upon all the wonderful things that could go right. Wait not on the ‘perfect moment’; make it, create it, for yourself – now and in each moment that you so choose! Gifts and blessings abound for your taking.

Right Now, You’re the Youngest You’ll Ever Again Be

Do you sometimes think, “I’m too old for that!”? Whether it relates to something you’d like to do / experience, or perhaps an item of clothing you know in your heart (and skin) you’d feel fabulous in, or possibly even a long-term relationship that you’d like to change in some way?

Has the ‘age factor’ ever stopped you from doing what you might’ve otherwise done? If so, ponder on this: in this very moment, you’re the youngest you’ll ever again be!

Yes, in this moment, you’re the youngest you’ll ever again be!

And so it goes from this moment to your next, and your next…

So really – do you still think it’s a good idea to wait? Or to not now joyously and bravely do what your spirit sings to you to do?

Wisdom in Letting Go

Do you long to live and thrive in happiness more often? What’s holding you back? Possibly some of the things which you have in your life, rather than things you don’t have? By assessing your current space and determining your ‘nice’-space / your optimal-space, you have the power to choose whether letting go will feed your happiness.

  • Assess your Current Space:

What sorts of thoughts, feelings, situations and experiences are you predominantly keeping for company these days?

Freedom, lightness, joy, living-in-the-moment? A passion for life? A sense of fulfilment, peace and calm? Love, trust, faith, inner quiet, knowingness and serenity? Are you primarily maintaining these thoughts, feelings and outlooks regardless of the circumstances, situations and experiences which come your way?

Or might you perhaps be leaning primarily toward anxiety, fear, anger, disappointment, sadness, doubt, envy, jealousy? Rejection? Hurt? Pain? Doubt? Uncertainty? Betrayal? Judgement? Worthlessness? Guilt?

Are you perhaps being weighed down by the burden of a secret? Insecurity? Loneliness? Tension? Stress? A need to be perfect? The approval of another? Responsibility that isn’t yours to bear? Being caged in preconceptions? Drama? A mistake made? The past? The future (in your ‘waiting’)?

Your status? Your position? Your title? Your salary?

Are you holding on to a gorgeous pair of shoes that pinch at your little-toe with every step you take? A luxurious coat which you haven’t worn in years ‘cos there hasn’t been a ‘special’ enough occasion to wear it to yet?

  • Determine your ‘Nice’-Space:

With contemplation and an enhanced awareness of the types of thoughts and feelings you predominantly experience, comes your power to choose what type of space you would actually like to be in.

Your thoughts may be random and may also often be based upon subconscious influences, true. Yet it is you who ultimately commands the power and free-will choice of what you hold on to and what you let go of on a conscious level.

By nature’s law, that which you choose to focus on is usually strengthened, while that which you diminish significance toward slackens its power to influence you.

What do you want to strengthen and grow in your life? Your happiness and your freedom? Perhaps your trust and your faith? Peace and calm? If so, that’s where you would do best focusing your attention.

Let the worry and anxiety go; ease up on the doubt (particularly on the self-doubt); and stay clear of the path of being swept up in, or contributing to, chaos and clutter.

  • Choose to Let Go:

Keep in mind that situations and circumstances can change in an instant by factors either within or beyond your control – both whether you choose to hold on to things or whether you choose to let go.

Yet now that you know what benefits your life positively and places you in a ‘nice’-space, it should be easier to let go of those things which don’t; or at least to loosen you attachment to, and the level of significance you attribute to, certain things.

Remember that you choose to hold onto something when it serves a purpose in your life. Only you can determine if the qualities of that purpose and the impact it has upon your life benefits you in the long-term on a human level.

By ‘human level’ I mean that sometimes when you don’t have much / are at rock-bottom, you realize how blessed you are with the simple things which you do have in life. If you lose your job which you placed much significance on, for instance, you come to realize that who you inherently are is not dependent upon the work you did, or upon what others thought of you in your position regardless of how much in others’ esteem you may have been held.

If an illness befalls you, or if you’re involved in an accident and lose a limb; you’re still the same person. Your capabilities may shift, yet your value and your lovability remains. And under such circumstances you may even develop abilities of previously-latent potentials.

Things change. Life changes. The superficial attributions of what society considers to be ‘valuable’ fluctuate from moment to moment, and may even be dependent on what is ‘fashionable’ at a specific time. Your genuine worth and value always remains.

The more often you choose to let go of / reduce the value of non-beneficial elements, the easier it is to do. Your thoughts, attitudes and behaviors sculpt neural pathways in your mind. When you repeat something often enough (for instance, a thought or an action), it becomes easier and easier for your mind to identify with and a pattern is developed. These dominant patterns become your go-to responses in situations.

Why not nurture your go-to-response to being that of letting-go of that which doesn’t impact your life to genuine happiness and joy 😌

Don’t wait on the ‘special’ moments; your every ‘now’ moment is a special moment; choose to make it so, and so will it be 😌

It’s true, happiness is a subjective thing. What makes another happy may not necessarily make you happy. Yet, your happiness is truly not dependent on any other. Your perspective, your attitude and your action-choices are 3 valuably amazing things that you already have to be happy…

  1. Your Perspective

Have you ever noticed how different things look when you’re standing at a point, or even driving from one point to another; as opposed to the way they look when you scan the picture from an aeroplane or from the vantage point of a high building?

This is just a matter of perspective. From one point, your vision is somewhat limited; from the other, your vision is vastly expanded.

When you’re engulfed in a situation or an experience which doesn’t feel good, gently remind yourself that you’re in a limited-perspective space.

Regardless of what’s going on or how much you may be able to see, know that there’s a bigger picture and more at work than you may be aware of at a certain point in time. And even though all you may see is the dark gloomy clouds, the magnificent sun surely is there!

Choose a perspective which brings you peace and happiness. Trust. Surely from this, light will flow.

  1. Your Attitude

Aaaaah yes, the amazing power of your thoughts! Why not choose to use them wisely, for your own maximum wellbeing and happiness?!

It’s not easy to control your thoughts, I agree; particularly when circumstances challenge. Yet, have you ever considered that you don’t have to control them? Let yourself off the hook, breathe deeeep and eeeasy. Allow your thoughts to flow; while you merely direct them toward a happier outlook and chosen outcome for yourself.

Creating more and deeper levels of happiness and contentment in your life doesn’t have to be an instant thing. Embrace it for what it is – a process of gradual, conscious transformation.

With an attitude of happiness, what quality of experiences will follow, do you think?

Seeing things with an expanded awareness (your perspective) and thinking more positively (your attitude) over a sustained period of time, should have the automatic and joyous side-effect of generating different actions.

We all want to be happy. Why? ‘Cos it feels sooOooo damn good. Being in happiness is your free choice. Choosing to be happy is wickedly and naughtily wise because: it revs your allure; it boosts your attraction-factor; it heightens your senses and sensuality…

  1. It revs your allure:

Ever notice how people seem to be intrigued by you when you’re in a state of blissful peace (a.k.a. happy) and they don’t know what’s going on? It’s almost as if they need a reason for you seemingly floating on heavenly clouds of happy-vapor.

And when you can’t ‘justify’ your mood to them, you become even more of a figure of mystique. Hehehehe, keep smiling and keep them wondering – especially if there’s no specific reason for you feeling good, other than your decision to be and feel so!

Being happy, content and at peace revs up your life-hormones and frees up your creative energy. Most healthy people, either at a conscious or subconscious level, are attracted to the pulsating free-flowing life-energy which is all of creation.

Feeling happy is about exploring and discovering the gifts, blessings and opportunities in every situation and circumstance.

Being in a space of gratitude for all that is, amplifies your awareness; which in turn has a direct correlation with heightening your senses.

And even more exciting is that genuine contented bliss has the promise of enduring beyond a ‘happy’ mind-blowing 15 second orgasm. Aaaaaah, both do come down to feeling good though! 😌

Choose happiness. For in happiness is wisdom, in wisdom is happiness. And the fulfillment of your desires is in your control.
