Am I looking for authentic connection? Yip, definitely!
What happens if I don’t find authentic connection with a man? I still win! I continue happily, blessedly walking my path with God as my Life-Partner, as I’ve always done…
(Do I think that God has authentic Divine connection with a man, in store for me? Yes, for sure!😉)
Let the basis be true connection, first and foremost, and then let marriage follow, if so be it. Then too, let it be rather a “celebration and declaration of the Sacred Union of togetherness, based upon freedom and mutual evolution”, rather than a “contract of stagnant obligations”.
A relationship-basis on a primary want/need for the ‘idea’ of “marriage”, as opposed to a genuine sacred spiritual foundation of heart-mind-body-soul-connection, just isn’t a turn-on for me 💕🌀💚

Simplify, Fly Free
Could simplifying your life grant you the freedom of floating light and flying higher than you already are, you think?
How might letting-go of that which no longer serves your highest good, feel to you?
Is there a reason to hold on to things which wear you down or hold you back?
How could you use your energy and your time more purposefully? Is there a way to simplify, to focus?
What would de-cluttering your mind, your emotions, and your physical space and belongings mean to you? How, do you think, it may impact you?
… And how would setting-free any beliefs which no longer serve a positive function in your life, feel to you?
… What about forgiving – yourself and others. How might this make you feel? How do you think this may impact your health, your wellbeing? Might you feel healthier, happier, freer perhaps?
Moving always closer and closer to a constant awareness of the essence of your being allows you to simplify. ‘Cos you trust and know that you’re always loved, cared-for, Divinely Guided… All is perfect, as is.
Take Care of Yourself
Caring for yourself may be one of the most selfless things you can do for yourself, or for any other. You’re your best when you’re cared for, loved, appreciated and valued. Who better to do this for you than you yourself? Looking externally to others or to circumstances to an extreme extent is inessential. Once you seek, find and express internally with yourself, the external will take care of itself, flowing automatically, naturally…
•Your Primary Connection is With Yourself & The Divine:
Caring for yourself is an intimate dance of connecting with yourself. How you choose to connect with yourself or care for yourself is completely up to you. Do whatever makes you feel good. Do it often and in generous doses.
Connecting with yourself at a spirit / soul level may be your foundation for feeling at your best. Caring for yourself in this case may involve meditation, prayer or communication / communion with the Divine in whatever form this may take for you. Listen to guidance from within and talk to yourself with loving kindness. Grow into yourself with appreciation and gratitude for all that you are and for all that is.
At a different – yet interconnected – level, caring for your physical self plays a significant role in self-care. Nourishing your body with movement / exercise, wholesome delectable foods and water, love, touch, sunshine, relaxation and breathing with greater awareness may be a few of the ways you choose to value your physical self. Trusting your body and listening to it will also enhance your vitality. Be assured that your immaculate body is working for your ultimate health and wellbeing always – be kind and loving toward it. Rest sufficiently.
Exploring and discovering new, varied things – about yourself and about the world – may call out to your mind, body, spirit and heart. Engage in activities that soothe your soul, excite your being, add joy and living to your life and broaden your perspectives! Sing or whistle a tune arising spontaneously from your depths..
Perfection in caring for yourself is all about what’s perfect for you at a specific time and in a specific context. Have fun with it and listen always to your inner-guidance which arises from Source. Dance to your own rhythm.

What is happiness? Where does it come from? How do you get more of it, more of the time? It’s mostly a choice of an attitude and a perspective, while there are several things which you can do on a practical level to boost your happiness. By these 6 simple indulgent actions, you’ll be on your way: 1) Simplify; 2) Do an activity you enjoy; 3) Love your Body; 4) Stimulate your Mind; 5) Merge with Purpose; 6) Celebrate!
Simplify your life by eliminating things and routines which no longer contribute toward your overall wellbeing. Sometimes we hold on to things, behaviors and familiar ways of being and doing simply ‘cos it’s what we know and it’s the way “it’s always been done”, even if it may not optimally serve our current purposes and lifestyle.
The more you de-clutter, the more energy and free-flow you will naturally experience in your life.
Playing is wonderful for your heart, mind, body and spirit.
What this entails to you, how you do it, where or with whom is of no consequence – just make sure that you do it; and that you do it often!
Time is limited, true; you have serious responsibilities, also true. So if you must, schedule time(s) to engage in activities which you enjoy. The power of its renewal-factor upon your energy-levels and enthusiasm will most probably also override the procrastination-factor to engage in those activities you don’t enjoy as much.
Your natural state of life is flow and happiness. Therefore, why not spend as much, or (logically) more, time on activities that truly make your heart sing?
Your body registers and responds superbly to your thoughts, emotions, the foods you nourish it with, the air-temperature and atmospheric pressure, amongst an array of other things.
The sights of your dearest ones or a glorious sunrise, the scent of raindrops freshly spattered upon the earth, the playful chirping of the birds in the trees, the tantalizing dance of flavors upon your tongue, the glorious feel of warm sunshine on your skin, the explosiveness of tender raw orgasm…
Intuitive healing of wounds and of disease, the creation of inflammation to protect your body from further injury, the production of pain to alert you of something not-so-right, the regeneration of cells…
These are but some of the innumerable gifts of your body to you. It works miraculously all on its own, without reminders from anyone and in perfect harmony and unison with what needs to be done moment to moment. It re-balances, heals and restores.
Keep your body happy by luxuriating it in a few simple things: care, nourishment, exercise, ample rest and relaxation. Pay heed to it too when it whispers to you (preferably so that it doesn’t have to reach a stage of having to scream at you to bring your attention to what’s going on).
Your body’s your greatest gift and anchor in this lifetime; guiding you always toward wholesome wellbeing and happiness. Love your body.
A supple and agile mind is the core of your happiness and wellbeing. Your experiences may sometimes be beyond your control; yet the perspectives you decide to choose about your experiences determine your path forward.
An engaged mind with a curiosity about the wonders of life will ensure that you’re always at your peak, regardless of what may come your way.
Remember also to sufficiently rest your mind though.
There’s great joy to be found in engaging purposefully. Your sense of fulfilment will be proportionate to the meaning you attribute to your undertakings.
Happiness gained from purpose fulfilled is of a different quality to happiness gained from activities engaged in solely to quell boredom, to pass time, or to fulfil routine without exactly remembering ‘why’.
Things to be thankful for and appreciative of are many. Embrace them; celebrate them!
They don’t have to be mind-blowing super-successes, or even traditional occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries or the New Year. Neither do ‘celebrations’ have to be elaborate undertakings.
Honor the first rains of the season with a mug of hot-chocolate, celebrating the cozy comfort of your home, for instance.
It’s your awareness of the gifts present all around in your everyday life, coupled with your intention of purposeful gratitude, which will forever guide you toward more meaningful happy celebrations…
